Orders and Shipping

We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order is shipped, delivery typically takes between 5-7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Creating an account with Vidalido is easy! Simply follow these steps:

  1. Click on the “Sign Up” button at the top right corner of our website.
  2. Enter your email address, create a password, and complete the registration form with your details.
  3. Once you’ve registered, you can log in at any time to manage your orders, track your shipments, and save your shipping information for quicker checkouts.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@vidalido.net. If your order has not yet shipped, we can update the address for you. Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address. Please ensure that your shipping information is correct at the time of checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also log in to your account on our website and check your order history for the latest shipping updates. If you have any trouble tracking your order, don’t hesitate to contact our customer support team.

No, we do not store your credit card information. Our payment processing system is secure and handled by trusted third-party providers, such as PayPal and Stripe, to ensure your payment details are kept private and safe.

Sales tax is applicable based on your shipping address and the tax regulations in your region. If sales tax applies to your order, it will be calculated and added during checkout before payment is processed.

In most cases, your order will be shipped in one package. However, depending on the size and availability of the items, we may ship multiple packages to ensure the fastest delivery. You will receive tracking information for each package shipped.

We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused and unopened products within 30 days of receiving your order. We apologize for the mix-up! If you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at contact@vidalido.net. Provide your order number and a description of the incorrect item, and we’ll arrange for a return and send you the correct product at no additional cost.

If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us as soon as possible at contact@vidalido.net. Include photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can assess the situation. We will assist you with a return, replacement, or refund, depending on your preference.

If you’ve entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately at contact@vidalido.net. If your order has not yet shipped, we can update the address for you. Once the order has shipped, we unfortunately cannot make changes, but we can help you with tracking the package and resolving any delivery issues.

We process orders quickly, but if you contact us within a few hours of placing your order, we may still be able to modify or cancel it. Please email us at contact@vidalido.net with your request. If the order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it, but you can follow our return process once you receive the item.

Currently, we do not offer pre-orders for sold-out items. However, you can sign up for email notifications on the product page to be alerted when the item is back in stock.
