2. Non-Returnable Items

- Clearance or sale items (unless damaged or defective upon arrival).
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at contact@vidalido.net with your order number and the reason for your return. Our customer service team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed.
- Ship the Item: Once your return is approved, you’ll receive the return address. You are responsible for the shipping cost of returns, unless the product is damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed.
4. Refunds
- Processing Time: After we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If you used a credit card, the refund will be issued to the same credit card account. If you used another payment method (e.g., PayPal), the refund will be processed to your PayPal account.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at contact@vidalido.net with photos of the damage or defect. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or send you a replacement at no additional cost.
7. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@vidalido.net. If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it, but you can follow our return process once you receive the item.
